Growing up in a large family, weddings were as common an occurrence as major holidays. I have been a best man three separate times. (One of those times included a secondary wedding, but who's counting?) Needless to say, I know weddings. I know them and I love them.
That being said, I did not come into wedding photography naturally. In fact, I worked and assisted in almost every other photographic field before falling into my first wedding gig. It wasn't until I saw the images from my first wedding later appear on my screen when it hit me - I really loved this.
I bring technical knowledge, life experience, and a romantic heart in a search for your incomparable moments: the kiss, the tension, the joys and smiles. I love documenting something that will never be repeated, a story that will never be retold except through the memories of those who were there and these images. (And let's be honest, some will have clearer memories than others)
I'm hooked and excited that this is my profession. I look forward to learning your story and sharing in the celebration of you, your family and friends.
